Q: Do I need the App to use my Ultra Roadside policy?
A: Not at all. The app is here to help the process go as quickly as possible when you need it most. If you don’t want to use the app, you can still call the Ultra Roadside call center on 1800 069 459.

Q: Can I use my policy on multiple phones?
A: Yes, you can register your policy on as many phones as you like.

Q: Can I use multiple policies on my phone?
A: The Ultra Roadside App only supports a single policy per phone.

Q: How do I change the Policy on my phone?
A: You can change the policy on your phone by doing the following:

  1. In the Ultra Roadside App, open the menu by pressing on the Menu option in the top right corner, which is represented by the three vertical dots.
  2. Choose the Register option.
  3. This will bring up details of the existing policy on the phone. Adjust this to the correct information for this phone, and then press “Submit”
  4. The screen will confirm that your details have been updated, and your phone will now be registered with the new policy.
